Natus Vincere announced three changes to its Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Roster moving to a European lineup.
NAVI added three new members: in-game leader Aleksi "Aleksib" Virolainen, Justinas "jL" Lekavicius, and Ivan "iM" Mihai. Both Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev and Valerii "b1t" Vakhovskyi remain to round out the lineup. As well, Andrii "b1ad3" Gorodenskyi remains on board as coach.
Aleksib was previously in-game leader for Ninjas in Pyjamas and G2 Esports, while both iM and jL are coming off of a semifinal run at the BLAST.tv Paris Major under Apeks. Apeks ended NiP's run at the previous Major in the Legends Stage.
NAVI CS:GO Roster Changes Announced, New European Lineup
NAVI has struggled to find tournament wins since winning the BLAST Premier: Spring Fianls back in June 2022.
The previous lineup finished 3rd/4th at IEM Katowice, ESL Pro League Season 17 and IEM Rio this year. As well, the team failed to make it to the Champions Stage at the BLAST.tv Paris Major going out to FaZe Clan in an epic best-of-three. This was the first time NAVI failed to make it to the bracket of a CS:GO Major since PGL Krakow 2017.
NAVI announced that the new lineup will debut at BLAST Fall Groups taking place July 10-22.
