Tynamo is an electric type Pokémon who originally debuted in the generation five games of the mainline Pokémon series. Generation five took place in the Unova region which was based on the real world's New York City. Tynamo made its debut in Pokémon GO last year during the special event known as Charged Up. During the event Tynamo was promoted as a reward for completing that events research task or raids.

Once a Tynamo is spotted it has a catch rate of 40 percent and a flee rate of ten percent. Since Tynamo is an electric type those are best found in industrial areas like campuses. Additionally, it might be wise to search when it is wet outside since electric types appear more often in rainy conditions.
Remember that shiny Pokémon do not have any special enhancements. There are bonuses added to the games to keep trainers excited about hunting Pokémon after filling out their Pokédex. Good luck and do not stress about shiny hunting.
