Rukkhashava Mushrooms are a new material featured in Genshin Impact version 3.0. They're necessary to level up Collei, so farming them is essential for her progression. Here's what you need to know.
Much like the Cor Lapis and Crystal Chunks, Rukkashava Mushrooms are materials needed for helpful leveling and crafting perks. While a handful of them are required to craft certain cooking items, 168 are needed to completely ascend Collei. As they can't be planted through gardening, you'll need to know both their specific locations and how often they respawn.

Rukkhashava Mushrooms can be found all over Sumeru, but are plentiful in the Mawtiyima Forest, Apam Woods, and the Devantanka Mountain. The Genshin Impact Interactive Map shows specific locations of each, and if you have Tighnari in your party, they'll immediately be displayed on your mini-map.
Additionally, Rukkhashava Mushrooms can be purchased at Aramani's shop in Vanarana and at Ashpazi's shop in Gandharva Ville. Up to five can be bought for 1,000 Mora each per every three days. Aramani's shop is only available after completing the Aranyaka: Part II Dream Nursery quest.
To ascend Collei, you'll need to farm almost all Rukkhashava Mushrooms more than once to get the amount required. They respawn every 48 hours, and as a result, it will take around six days maximum to get the 168 needed for Collei's full ascension.
