Want complete freedom to design your own campus? Here's how to unlock Sandbox Mode in Two Point Campus.
Two Point Campus released today across consoles and PC, bringing a brand new style to the Two Point series. Players get to take the role of a university administrator and help struggling universities expand and prosper. Through bizarre courses such as dark arts, clowning, and knighthood, players must provide students with everything they need to excel.
For the most part, players work through Two Point Campus via levels — each with their own requirements and layouts. But if you want to do a little more hands-on designing, you'll want to take advantage of Sandbox Mode. Here's how.
How to Unlock Sandbox Mode in Two Point Campus
Players can't gain access to Sandbox Mode straight away, as the mode is initially locked. in order to unlock it, players need to earn one Star on the Noblestead level — the 4th level during the game's main campaign.
The requirements for one Star in Noblestead can be a little bit tricky. The hardest one to achieve is getting the campus attractiveness rating up to 75%. Players can check which areas of the campus are lacking in beauty by selecting the 'eye' icon in the bottom left of the UI, from there select the 'attractiveness' option, which is depicted by a small pink flower. Areas with good attractiveness will show as green, while bad areas will be a murky brown. Areas with nothing going on will remain empty and gray.
Add decorations and plants to these areas, while making sure your janitors are cleaning up any trash and fixing the bathrooms. From this, the campus attractiveness rating should increase.
