The League of Legends 12.13 patch is on its way and there will be big changes to a couple of champions. Here is a summary of the upcoming updates that you will see in the patch.
League of Legends Patch 12.13 Release Date
The 12.13 patch will go live on July 13 2022 at 6 a.m. ET. The patch was originally supposed to be released a week prior but it was accommodated for Riot's summer vacation.
Once the patch begins, players will experience downtime for a few hours and matchmaking queues will be offline for approximately three hours prior to the patch update.
What’s in League of Legends Patch 12.13?
The biggest change you can expect from the 12.13 patch is for the Hallowed Seamstress, Gwen. Riot Games is planning to increase her skill floor by helping her at the beginning of the game.
The adaptions to her kit will make farming easier, but this will cause her to have a late-game burst trade-off. These changes are being made to move Gwen back into the top lane.
The other changes in the patch are centered around bursting the champions but no changes will be reverted. This change includes the buff to Lethality items to assist assassins. The buff will increase their consistent DPR output or their utility.
