Vampire Survivors: Giovanna Grana
Giovanna Grana is one of the playable characters in Vampire Survivors. She is a blonde white woman wearing a black witchâs hat, purple robes, and green ribbon accents on her ankles and hat. She rides a broomstick â heavily implying she is some sort of witch.
She starts with +20% movement speed and adds +1% projectile speed at each level.
She can be unlocked when players find and open the coffin in the Inlaid Library. Her cost is 1000 Gold and her starting weapon is the Gatti Amari â which roughly translates to âbitter catâ in Italian. It takes the form of a tan tabby cat with dusky purple stripes. Players can unlock this weapon by surviving 15 minutes with Giovanna.
Essentially, the Gatti Amari weapon summons cats as projectiles that wander the field and have a chance to attack enemies with their claws. If close to the player, it will attack them for double the damage. Cats will also attack each other. It scales accordingly:
- Level 2: Base speed +20%
- Level 3: Lasts + 1.5 seconds
- Level 4: Base speed +20%
- Level 5: +1 cat
- Level 6: Lasts +1.5 seconds
- Level 7: Base speed +20%
- Level 8: +1 cat
Additionally, cats will instantly consume pick-ups, which will affect them in the following ways:
- Floor Chicken increases the chance the cat will attack enemies by x1.1.
- Nduja Fritta Tanto explodes the cat.
- Little Clover doubles run speed.
- Rosary and Vacuum have no effects.
- Orologion freezes the cat.
